FBP Definition of CREATIVITY

All valid solutions that player is able to discover by himself, without coach’s guidelines

THINKING

Relaxing, disconnecting and giving freedom to our mind we generate ideas that help in the search of new solutions

DREAMING

Just before falling asleep is the perfect time to remove the chains of the brain and let it make absurd associations that can lead us to brilliant ideas

PERSPECTIVE

Being able to get out of our everyday reality and see the things with another approach, another plane, another reality opens the way for our imagination

Get a creative person in your life

One of the easiest ways to learn is by IMITATION. All habits are transferable. A creative person in a work group sends information about his/her particular way of doing things to the rest, constantly.

The same happens inside a team, when you have a player who does extraordinary things, over time, you’ll realize that the rest of players begin to imitate.

If we had to choose a learning method for FBP Project, it would be Guided Discovery. We provide players with tools and then they decide how to apply them.

This idea is expanded from our way to PRACTICE specific things up to our way of PLAYING, offensive and defensively

* Give the player some margin for mistakes

* Don’t let the player to bury into frustration
