Shooting Aim
Great shooters, the real ones, are those capable of putting the ball in the exact place they want to. It may sound obvious, because logic says there is just one place to put the ball in: the hoop. But the truth is that when good players are shooting around, their target isn’t just put it through the basket but make it swish. Always.

Stealing On The Ball
Stealing the ball is one of the most complex skills to teach, for several reasons. First, it’s not something that players like to do because it requires effort and is risky. Second, you need to be smart and have a good sense of anticipation to steal the ball well, non fouling. And third, there are not too many specific drills to practice it systematically.

The Confidence
The Confidence is the second pillar that holds player's performance. It’s probably the one which determines if a player can truly perform or not. Like The Motivation, it’s extremely fragile and is influenced by many off the court factors like the coach, routines or relationship with teammates. A confidence player is the first brick to have a team that plays trusting on what they do.
